Also many of the items go on sale BOGO, meaning you can actually get 2 for free, making the coupon book worth closer to $300!!!!
Many are Store coupons as well, so you can stack them with manufacturer coupons to possibly even score 3 or more FREE items in some cases!
 For example, Digorno pizza's go on sale BOGO, you have a printable or otherwise Buy2 Get 1 free Digorno coupon, plus a Store FREE Digorno coupon, by stacking these you could possibly get 4 FREE full size Digorno Pizzas!
